Space, as in many other metropolitan areas, is a valued commodity in Munich. Such is, that the use of any available space requires very careful planning. this project aims to meet the needs of the city, with dwellings for single people, such as students and young adults, as well as various sizes of families.

the building achieves this with 4 studio apartments, 4 sıngle bedroom apartments, 3 double bedroom apartments, and three maisonettes (2-3 bedrooms), while boasting 2 offices in the 1. floor, a cafe with outdoor seating and a shop in the ground floor, and a two-level community workshop at the rear or the plot, while also meeting every safety and accessibility requirement. The building also meets the parking needs of its dwellers.

The project achieves all this while also giving its dwellers the highest levels of quality of living with ample natural light, balconies and large french windows for fresh air, and at the same time creating minimal impact on the quality of living of its neighbors.

The design language fits in with the bourgeoisie heritage and aesthetic of Maxvorstadt. As an element of self-insertion, the facade includes elements endemic to anatolia and the Mediterranean, such as the criss-cross brick cornice, commonly used in mediterranean architecture, and the sandstone frieze pattern, derived from the patterns on the Midas Monument in Gordion, Turkey.
